Coming to you live from Boston for the first time! You'll start with plenty of plank variations to build a strong center, followed by an arm series with extra love for triceps and shoulders. We'll hit narrow and and fourth position thighs to prep you for my favorite standing pretzel series. Finish with the highly requested clamshell, some core work, and a short and sweet stretch. Enjoy!

We're thinking obliques in this 58 minute class! You'll see some of my favorite side plank variations followed by an upper body series using weights. In thighs we'll work in my favorite box lunges with an extra glute focused push. Then add a sprinkle of side waist in standing glutes and finish with the always challenging seated pretzel, plus a lot of core and a final stretch!

LET'S SWEAT with jess

We're long over due for a Boston barre workout! You'll see a nice long plank and push up series with extra oblique variations then grab your weights for a major upper body focus. We head right into some traditional and effective thigh burners (make sure you have an empty wall handy!) followed by a foldover standing glute variation. We'll end with a tabletop glute sequence and top it off with a little core finisher. Let's go!
