Take this class for a 50-minute full body challenge with a little stretch break halfway through. You'll see some repetitive thigh variations for maximum muscle fatigue. Some standing pretzel to target the glutes giving you that perfect lifted peach, plus the ever-so-popular clamshell. Stick around for some extended core work at the end and finish with a short and sweet stretch.

We're getting straight to the point in this 50-minute barre blast. We'll move through a plank core-strengthening series and some traditional but challenging thigh and glute exercises. Top it all off with a lengthy curl series and a final stretch. I hope you enjoy!

Get ready for a full 60-minutes of barre fun! You'll warm up through a series of planks and pushups, let your thighs shake in a turned out fourth position, and burn out your glutes in a special fold-over and clamshell sequence. Finish with plenty of core and oblique work. All you need is a chair and a mat. Have fun!

We're back on IG Live! This class was recorded on Sunday, July 22 as I stepped back onto the virtual screen to wait out the covid19 craze. Expect some challenging thigh variations (including my fav box lunges), parallel and turned out variations in both standing glutes and tabletop, and some extra oblique work!

We're adding weights into the mix to work your upper body! You'll start with a high-repetition arm strengthening series (a set of light weights 2 - 6 lbs recommended) before moving onto some toning thigh variations. We'll do a foldover glute exercise followed by a clamshell / bridge combo and topped off with some core work with weights. Enjoy!

We'll work out a strong upper body series with a light set of weights recommended. Some traditional exercises will be sprinkled with some single leg options in the thigh series to maximize muscle fatigue. You'll start with a standing glute variation and then move to the floor for a side lying glute + brief pretzel challenge. Finish with a strong core series and final stretch. Enjoy!

Based on your requests, we're adding resistance bands into the mix! You'll see band work in the upper body series. No band? No worries! You can do the exact same exercises with a light set of weights. You'll see a wide second / box lunge combo in thighs, foldover glute series, and optional resistance band in a tabletop glute work to add a little extra challenge. Ready? Let's sweat!
