We'll kick it off with a new warm-up then grab your weights for the upper body strengthening series (no weights? use a long resistance band or tube!) You'll see narrow v and box lunge thigh strengtheners followed by standing pretzel (my fav!) Dabble in some clamshell variations (with or without a resistance band) and top it off with a couple flat back core exercises. Have fun!

Grab your resistance bands for this total-body, at-home barre workout! We'll kick things off with a nice 60-second plank hold followed by a resistance band arm series (if you don't have a band, you can also use weights!) You'll see a lengthy leg lift series in thighs, standing hamstring-targeted glute series, and a little extra inner thigh work on the mat. Enjoy!

You're favorite 55-minute barre class using just a chair/counter, a mat, and a light set of weights! You'll start off with your typical plank series and I'll throw in some extra oblique targeting exercises. We'll do some supine arm work followed by the standing variations you know and love. You'll see my favorite box lunge in thighs, a straight leg standing glute series, followed by everyone's love to hate pretzel on the mat (it's hard because it works!) Seal it off with core work and a quick stretch. Enjoy!

Wow! This is our 20th Virtual Barre class together! You'll see my new warm-up sequence and a no-fuss plank series. Bring your weights if you've got them, because we'll advance the arm series with some total body variations. A c-curve thigh exercise is balanced with a little waterski in thighs, you'll get foldover for glutes, and a "fun" clamshell-pretzel combo. Top it off with some challenging core work and we'll complete the class with a short stretch. Enjoy!

We're adding in some extra props this week! Grab your light weights, mats and a chair, PLUS a yoga block or small pillow and make sure you have a wall nearby. You'll challenge your core in the quadruped position (a little teaser about what's to come) and then tap into some supine arm variations. That block and wall will come in handy in thighs, and we'll add some extra core work into your standing glutes. Get ready for a tabletop glute series with plenty of chances to turn it up a notch and finish with a full core section and, of course, a quick stretch. Enjoy!
