Bringing it back to my power yoga roots in this heart opening flow dedicated to #JusticeForGeorgeFloyd This class is a practice of repetition. We introduce new patterns that first feel challenging but when repeated over and over can become second nature. Breaking down old thought patterns and actions doesn't happen overnight, but the more we can practice controlling our thoughts, the more we'll learn about ourselves, and the more we'll be able to understand someone else.
